After we confirm your order, CSI Pharmacy provides free, secure, overnight delivery. Your medication may require prior authorization from your insurance company, which can delay initial processing as additional information is gathered. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the process. If any information is missing, CSI Pharmacy may need to contact your doctor or insurance provider to obtain what’s needed.

A member of the CSI Pharmacy staff will reach out to discuss your delivery preferences. We will ship your order, free of charge, to your home, workplace, or your location of choice. All necessary supplies for your treatment will be included.

All medications and treatment materials are safely and securely packaged with appropriate insulation. Medications that require refrigeration are securely packaged and shipped inside either a Styrofoam cooler or insulated pouches. Special ice packs are included to help ensure your medication maintains the proper temperature throughout delivery. Each package is sealed with tamper-resistant tape to ensure security.
