Each assessment is clinically administered, with scores assigned to key factors such as activities of daily living, symptoms, physical capabilities, and overall well-being. These scores help us evaluate how each patient’s treatment is progressing and pinpoint areas that may require additional focus.

Clinical Reviews & Improvement

If a patient’s scores indicate worsening symptoms or if they are not feeling their best, we promptly conduct a clinical review. Our team collaborates closely with the patient’s healthcare provider to adjust the treatment plan as needed, including changes to medication dosage, frequency, or therapy.
