Chief Executive Officer
James L. Sheets is the CEO and founder of CSI Pharmacy. With over 20 years of experience working with Immune Globulin Therapy, he has a passion for developing clinical programs that add value to the homecare provided for infusion patients. His pharmacy experience spans decades and includes practice in community, hospital, nuclear medicine, compounding, and home infusion settings.
James earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Pharmacy. He is an active member of NASP, NHIA, and IgNS. He contributes to the leadership committee for the Immune Globulin National Society and as a member of the Immunoglobulin Standards of Care. He serves as an advisory board member for Evolve Biologics, as well as the Myasthenia Gravis Hope Foundation.

Randy joined CSI Pharmacy in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience in specialty and home infusion executive leadership and brings a wealth of knowledge in operations, acquisitions, industry relations, strategic thinking/planning, budgeting, P&L management, accounts payable/receivable, change management, integrations, scaling growth, people development, and cultural enhancement. He has previously worked for Optum Infusion Pharmacy, Diplomat Specialty Infusion Group, BioRx, and Walgreens-Optioncare. He is an active member of IgNS and NHIA and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service because the people we serve deserve it.
Randy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy. He lives with his family in Cincinnati, OH.

Jay has over 20 years of diverse healthcare and pharmaceutical experience. He has held multiple leadership positions promoting a wide range of pharmaceutical products. Jay served the past 8 years as the National Sales Director at Mylan pharmaceuticals, a global leader in generic and branded products. Prior to that, Jay held leadership positions in spaces such as: dermatology, allergy, cardiology, infectious disease and primary care. He is known for building high performing, award winning teams and has significant experience in sales force build outs and successful product launches.
Jay holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce and resides in Dallas, TX.

Jack started his career serving as a pharmacy technician in a large hospital system. He worked closely with the pharmacists and witnessed first-hand how they made a difference by reviewing medication profiles and solving problems for patients. This experience led him to pursue a career in pharmacy with a focus on clinical pharmacy and disease state management.
Jack joined CSI Pharmacy in 2014 as a clinical pharmacist specializing in emerging therapies for chronic rare diseases. He finds helping patients gain access to life changing therapies is incredibly rewarding. Jack graduated from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2013 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He also obtained a board certification in pharmacotherapy from Board of Pharmacy Specialties.

Amanda Kelley serves as Vice President of Nursing, where she leads a team of expert nurses with a focus on clinical excellence, educational development, and innovative treatment strategies. With over 20 years of nursing experience, Amanda brings a deep understanding of patient care and a commitment to advancing in-home infusion services.
She is known for her hands-on leadership style, dedication to safety and consistency, and passion for building trust between patients and care teams. Amanda’s approach blends real-world nursing experience with operational expertise to support both patients and nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
Originally born and raised in Central New York, Amanda relocated to Texas in 2024, bringing her values of compassion and consistency to a new community. She is married to her husband Seth and is the proud mother of two young children, Dublin and Elton. Her personal experiences as a parent and caregiver continue to shape her empathetic approach to nursing leadership.

Tiffany serves as Vice President of Compliance and General Counsel at CSI. Tiffany has spent her legal career in specialty pharmacy where she has acted in roles like Director of Legal Operations, Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance, and General Counsel.
Tiffany received her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University.

Dr. O’Bryan serves as Chief Medical Officer at CSI. A seasoned physician entrepreneur, Dr. O’Bryan has founded several successful healthcare companies and non-profits over his 20+ years in the healthcare space. His role is crucial at CSI to ensure all patients can receive access to life-changing care when dealing with rare and chronic disease.
Previously, Dr. O’Bryan served as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations for TruePill, a telehealth, digital pharmacy, and digital diagnostics company.
Academically, Dr. O’Bryan maintains his position as an Associate Professor of Medicine at MUSC. He has over $15 million dollars in funded research and numerous publications and academic presentations in addition to AOA honors. He attended Davidson College, received his M.D. from MUSC, and his M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee. He is married to his wife Claire, and has two daughters, Evy and Tillie.
